I'm Cole Isaac Garbo, a technical author working at the intersection of human and agentic workflows. I work across the full documentation stack, crafting strategy, architecture, and systems to keep technical knowledge current and accessible.

My formal education ranges from software development to behavioral science, which means I think end-to-end about how documentation systems are built, approached, and consumed. I'm equally at home writing technical guides for developer audiences, organizing information for AI retrieval, or honing the architecture that keeps content surfaced and current.

I've built AI tooling for documentation workflows, designed educational programs for engineering teams, and architected knowledge systems for organizations at scale. Content authoring is always at the core, but the systems around it matter just as much.
